Data Deletion Policy

In short: you can delete your TruckPatch account at any time, in the app or by email. Your profile, sessions and vehicle records are permanently deleted or anonymized within 30 days. Some records, mainly payments and wallet transactions, must be kept for longer because the law requires it.
1. Who this policy covers
This policy applies to the TruckPatch mobile app, web dashboard and related services operated by Adioo Technology Limited, Wuse 2, Abuja, Nigeria. It explains how you can ask us to delete your account and personal data. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
2. How to delete your account
Option A: in the app
- Open TruckPatch and sign in.
- Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account.
- Confirm that you want to delete your account.
Option B: by email (if you no longer have the app)
- Send an email to privacy@adioo.org with the subject "Delete my TruckPatch account".
- Include the phone number and email address registered on your account.
- We may ask you to confirm your identity, for example with a one-time code sent to your registered phone number, before we delete anything.
Before you delete your account, please finish or cancel any active jobs and contact us about any remaining wallet balance.
3. What we delete
Within 30 days of your request, we permanently delete or anonymize:
- your profile: name, phone number, email address and profile photo
- your account credentials and active sessions, so you are signed out on all devices
- your personal vehicle records and the photos you uploaded with them
4. What we keep, and for how long
Some data is kept after your account is deleted, only for the reasons and periods below:

We may also keep data for longer if the law requires it, for example because of a court order or an ongoing legal matter.
5. Deleting some of your data without closing your account
You can ask us to delete specific personal data, such as a photo or a saved record, without deleting your whole account. Email privacy@adioo.org and tell us what you would like deleted. Data we must keep by law, listed in section 4, cannot be deleted early.
6. How long it takes
We respond to verified requests within 30 days, and complete the deletion described in section 3 within 30 days of your request. Once your account is deleted, it cannot be recovered. If you want to use TruckPatch again, you will need to create a new account.
